Over 60 Members Empowered At APC Sango Ward Maiden Meeting After 2023 General Elections

The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Sango Ward, Ado-Odo/Ota, Ogun State, convened its inaugural membership meeting on Friday December 22, 2023, in the spirit of Christmas celebrations and preparation for a promising 2024. Over 60 Members of the party were empowered with cash and various items for their businesses at the meeting.   During the meeting, the esteemed elders, leaders, executives and members of the APC lauded Governor Dapo Abiodun for his exceptional leadership style in the state, saying that he is committed to the growth of the state despite the limited resources at his disposal. Kaztec Engineering Approaches Appeal Court Over Judgment on OMLs 123, 124, 126, 137 Dispute

An indigenous oil and gas engineering company,  Kaztec Engineering Limited, has asked the Abuja Division of the Court of Appeal to set aside the judgment of Justice Nkeonye Evelyn Maha of Federal High Court Abuja, which struck out its suit filed against the Ministry of Petroleum Resources, and five others regarding Oil Mining Leases (OMLs) 123, 124, 126 and 137. Justice Maha had in her judgment delivered on December 15, 2023, struck out suit number: FHC/ABJ/CS/1291/2020, filed by Kaztec Engineering Limited against the Ministry of Petroleum Resources; the Attorney General of the Federation; Mars Exploration and Production Company Ltd; the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission and the Nigerian Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL). Rivers: Plot By Wike, Lawmakers To Impeach Fubara Treasonable, Yoruba Youths Tell Tinubu

Progressives Yoruba Youth Congress has called on President Bola Tinubu to call the Minister of Federal Capital Territory, Mr. Nyesom Wike to order over the ranging political crisis in Rivers State. Speaking at a press conference in Lagos, the President of the Progressives Yoruba Youth Congress, Akintunde Adedeji, said the President should openly denounce the assault on democracy in Rivers State and direct that all government institutions act according to the law. CSOs Ask Police, DSS To Arrest Blackmailers Of NNPCL GMD, Kyari

A coalition of Civil Society Organizations has urged the Department of State Service (DSS) and the police to take action against those blackmailing the Group Managing Director of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation Limited (NNPCL), Mele Kyari. Speaking at a press conference in Lagos, the leader of the coalition, Declan Ihekaire, said the allegations against Kyari and the NNPCL have been investigated by the National Assembly and the lawmakers cleared the GMD of any wrongdoing.
